FSA publishes initial info about Interest Rate Swap Mis-Selling

The FSA has published on its website details of some of what it is considering for its initial review into potential Interest Rate Swap Mis-Selling.

The FSA started looking at this after extensive Media coverage, notably the The Telegraph. The Telegraph investigation by Harry Wilson was initially started by Abhishek Sachdev of Vedanta Hedging.

Mr Sachdev has also been advising the FSA on this matter, regarding some of the technical aspects of these complex products.

Both Mr Sachdev and Vedanta Hedging are fully authorised by the FSA to give advice to all types of clients for Derivatives
