Peyrouz is a Chartered Structural and Civil Engineer with over 25 years’ experience delivering complex construction and infrastructure projects across the UK and US. He holds a Master of Engineering degree from Imperial College London and has recently completed his MBA. He is a Fellow Member of both the Institution of Structural Engineers and the Institution of Civil Engineers.
Over the past decade, Peyrouz has been involved in the delivery of projects representing more than $15bn in gross development value, including high-rise towers, major urban regeneration schemes and technically complex infrastructure-adjacent developments. For the past 15 years, he has held senior leadership roles within one of London’s leading multidisciplinary engineering consultancies, overseeing structural delivery, commercial strategy and risk management across large-scale portfolios.
Alongside his engineering career, Peyrouz focuses on commodity and price risk management within construction and building materials supply chains. He advises corporates on managing exposure to volatile input costs including steel, cement, energy and foreign exchange, translating exchange-traded and OTC derivative tools into practical strategies for non-financial businesses.
His experience bridges physical supply markets and financial instruments, with particular emphasis on protecting margin, improving working capital efficiency and separating operational procurement decisions from market price volatility.
His specialisms include: commodity price risk management, construction-linked derivatives, steel and cement markets, FX exposure in supply chains, and commercial structuring in real asset businesses.
