Vedanta Hedging report on LOBO refinancing

Vedanta Hedging has been at the forefront of raising awareness of the scandal affecting hundreds of Council’s across the UK, the mis-selling of complex LOBO loans. The analysis used in the Channel 4 Dispatches programme in 2015 was provided by us.

FCA Authorised Vedanta Hedging advises Councils on Treasury Management and has no conflicts (unlike some other advisors such as Link Asset Services) because we did not advise any Councils to enter into these LOBO loans.
