William Newsom has 35yrs experience in valuing commercial and residential property, and his team has advised over 100 lenders in the last 12 months alone.
Abhishek Sachdev who has previously advised HM Treasury, the Governments’s Insolvency Service, the FCA and several members of the Cabinet including the Prime Minister and Deputy Prime Minister will discuss topics relevant to real estate such as the benefits of hedging, and the increasing use of interest rate caps.
