FCA written submission in Appeal Court case

As FCA authorised derivative advisors, we are very pleased to read the written submission by the FCA in the recent High Court Appeal case in Green & Rowley vs RBS.

Although technical in parts, there are some very helpful comments which supports the approach and analysis that Vedanta Hedging’s team have been providing to our clients and solicitors / barristers.

This highlights the importance of using FCA authorised derivative advisors who truly understand the true meaning and rationale behind rules (and are required to abide by them), rather than simply obtaining them from the FCA website.
