Lord Lamont & Vedanta’s Abhishek Sachdev are speakers at a breakfast Seminar on Interest Rates for Real Estate Lending on Wednesday 10th September 2014.
This is the first time these two have come together since 2002 when Mr Sachdev debated against Lord Lamont at Durham university! Lord Lamont (former Chancellor of the Exchequer) who prior to becoming an MP was an Investment banker will share his views on how interest rates across the globe will have direct impact on local markets and the world of real estate.
Abhishek Sachdev who has previously advised HM Treasury, the Governments’s Insolvency Service, the FCA and several members of the Cabinet including the Prime Minister and Deputy Prime Minister will discuss topics relevant to real estate such as the benefits of hedging, how to avoid the pitfalls, when to fix and dealing with ” breaks”.
