Vedanta Hedging analysis & Client used by BBC Newsnight re: FCA IRHP
Vedanta Hedging’s client, Elysia Partnership was used as a case-study on the BBC Newsnight programme on 23rd July 2015 by journalist Andy Verity. Vedanta Hedging provided derivative pricing analysis for this client such calculating the profits generated by the Bank, the breakage costs and the price of alternative caps.
Vedanta Hedging is FCA authorised to advise on derivatives.
The BBC Newsnight programme also used Vedanta Hedging’s analysis about the cost to the Banks if redress was provided to SMEs and ‘sophisticated’ businesses which were excluded from the FCA IRHP scheme to be £30bn.
